8. Microsoft Bing Ads
On our website we use the conversion tracking “Bing Ads” of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). Microsoft sets cookies on your computer, which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the services / content of third-party providers, if you have reached our website via a Microsoft Bing advertisement. In this way, Microsoft and we can recognize that someone clicked on an advertisement, was then redirected to our website and reached a previously determined target page (conversion page). We will only know the total number of users who clicked on a Microsoft Bing ad and were redirected to the Conversion page. No personal information will be shared with third parties.
9. Twitter Ads
Our website also uses Twitter advertising services (Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). We use the online advertising program Twitter “Conversion Tracking”. Twitter uses tags to analyze website usage. When a user visits a website that contains the website tag, a Twitter cookie is placed in the user’s browser. The Conversion Tracking tag is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Twitter. In this case, a Twitter cookie is placed in the user’s browser. These tag cookies are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the tag cookie has not expired, we and Twitter will know that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page.
If you do not wish to participate, you can prevent cookies from being used for tracking purposes by activating your browser, where offered (supports Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Opera), the “Do-Not-Track (DNT)” function (https://www.eff.org/issues/donot-track). This is explicitly supported by Twitter (see https://support.twitter.com/articles/20171528). Otherwise, you can also prevent the cookies from being set as required for tracking - for example, by setting your browser to generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies. You can find further information on data protection on Twitter and on Twitter advertisements under the link: https://business.twitter.com/de/help/troubleshooting/how-twitter-ads-work.html
10. Data erasure and storage duration
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Personal data collected through cookies will be deleted after 30 days. In addition, the data may be stored if the European or national legislator has provided for this in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible is subject.
11. Rights of the data subject

We will stop processing your personal data unless we can prove compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Consents to the collection, processing and use of your personal data that you have given us with your consent to these data protection provisions may be revoked in whole or in part with effect for the future.
