The seminar "Labour Law - Update" offers you in a condensed and practical form an overview of the latest relevant labour law case law of the LAGs of the BAG and the ECJ as well as legal innovations. The update is indispensable for all practitioners who have to apply labour law in their daily work.

Labour law is above all also subject to judicial law and thus to constant change. Legislation is also constantly changing as politicians react to or initiate economic and social changes.
