The leadership training and development programs last eight days and include an optional coaching session. As a manager in a leading position, you will learn essential leadership tools and methods. As a newcomer to the company, your induction period will be simplified by well thought-out training.
The modular concept offers an alternating of classroom and practical phases in all communication training courses. This ensures long-term development with rapid implementation of the learning material in everyday working life. The small group size of a maximum of nine participants favors individual learning.
