Every new beginning is difficult, right?! But it doesn't have to be so hard... Our development programme "Newcomers to the Company" from the Management Institute Dr. A. Kitzmann will help ease the challenging entry period into your new job. Qualifying modules allow you to practise and improve your self-confidence, time management and communication skills, giving you an optimal start to your integration process into the company during your familiarization period.
