Management Development Programme - Management Diploma Level II

The Advanced Diploma is aimed at experienced managers who wish to further develop their management skills. Important managerial skills are will be explored in greater depth in this qualification programme. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own role and to modify it according to current developments.

An integral part of this programme is the guidance of an experienced management coach, with whom you can reflect on your understanding of your role, everyday situations and general aspects of your leadership responsibilites.
