Our in-house training courses create a common basis. They provide impetus, promote exchange and strengthen the group. At the same time, it often becomes clear that everyone brings their own topics, questions and development goals.
With the Flex program, we specifically address these individual needs:
- After the in-house seminar, participants can choose an open seminar from our portfolio that suits them individually - with a reduced participation fee.
- There is also the opportunity to deepen their personal development through coaching, online training or e-learning modules.
- In a subsequent in-house follow-up, everyone meets again to share experiences and ensure practical transfer.
What is the flex program?
The Flex program is an extension of our in-house training courses - with the aim of facilitating individual development.
It combines joint group training with flexibly selectable learning opportunities for individual participants.
The starting point is an in-house seminar that creates a common basis. This often results in personal topics or questions that can be explored in greater depth in an open seminar, coaching or digital training.
The Flex program is supplemented by a follow-up with the group to reflect on experiences and ensure practical transfer.

The Flex program is suitable for companies that want to set a common impulse with an in-house seminar - and at the same time offer the opportunity to respond to the individual learning needs of individual participants.

What does an example flex program look like?
A medium-sized company books the in-house training course “From employee to manager” for new team leaders. The aim is to create a common basis for understanding leadership and clarifying roles.
The training shows that some participants want to develop their communication skills in a targeted manner - for example on topics such as conducting conversations, rhetoric or feedback.
These participants then take the opportunity to book an open seminar such as “Rhetoric and communication for managers” from our portfolio - at a reduced price.
Six months later, a follow-up meeting is held with the entire group to reflect on practical experience and address any unanswered questions.
