Planning and conception
As soon as we have more information about your company and the general conditions, we can design an in-house training specifically for you. If you wish, we can do this in cooperation with you. In the course of planning, we will introduce you to those trainers from our institute who meet your requirements for an in-house training.
You can naturally expect that all our trainers have an academic background: They have a university degree, several years of professional experience and a recognized trainer degree with certification.
We conduct the in-house workshop on the premises of your company or at a location of your choice. We will also schedule the workshop according to your needs - it is possible to hold our in-house training outside of your working hours and on weekends. If required, we will provide the technology. In addition, we take care of all organizational issues that training courses for companies entail.
It is important to us that the pre defined objectives of the in-house training are achieved to your satisfaction. In order to make the entire process as transparent as possible, you will receive an evaluation of the event. If required, we will conduct a follow-up day after a short period of time in order to address questions of the participants once again and to deepen the seminar contents.
