Diploma in Project Management

Different disciplines have to work together in project groups . In order for projects to lead to the desired outcome, not only are strong organizational skills required of you, but also your ability to manage people effectively and be an 'integrative' figure in the team. We have put together a programme which will give you the ideal platform for developing and expanding your skill set further. This includes four seminar modules and an optional coaching module.

This qualification programme is aimed at project managers, managers with technical qualifications and career changers who have only recently been entrusted with project management responsibilities or who have been offered the prospect of a project management position.
