An impressive journey full of knowledge, innovation and sustainable development. For half a century, we have been supporting specialists and managers on their path to greater competence, confidence and success. This anniversary is an occasion for us to look back on the past with respect and at the same time to look to the future with curiosity and determination.

Our history is characterized by a pioneering spirit and the conviction that learning is a lifelong process. The demands on managers have changed rapidly in recent years - and they will continue to change. Anyone with responsibility today must not only have excellent technical skills, but also have strong soft skills. Strong communication skills, empathy and adaptability are key qualifications that are essential in an increasingly digitalized working world.

In times of artificial intelligence and constantly changing markets, it is becoming increasingly important to impart knowledge efficiently and in a targeted manner. Microlearning, for example - learning in small, practical units - makes it possible to absorb new content exactly when it is needed.

But learning alone is not enough. Exchanging ideas with others, linking ideas and reflecting together are essential in order to recognize trends early on and actively shape the zeitgeist. Our campus is not only a place for further education, but also a platform for networking, for dialog between experienced practitioners, innovative pioneers and ambitious young talent. Sustainability and values are our foundation for the future. Despite all the technological advances, one thing remains unchanged: Our aspiration to offer education at the highest level that not only enables short-term success, but also sustains it in the long term. For us, sustainability means preserving values and being open to new ideas at the same time.
