New sensitivities and sensibilities can be developed by increasing our sense of social responsibility and that through practical experience. The result is a better understanding of processes in society as a whole. You'll see your day-to-day management behaviour from a new perspective. Social intelligence is thereby increased and everyday situations seen in a new light.

In this seminar you will have the opportunity to have some completely new experiences. You will work in social institutions for one day.
