The change management seminar is aimed at specialists and managers who wish to actively shape and support change processes.
Change management refers to the implementation of a strategic orientation in a company using various methods and instruments. Change management is the planned control of change processes from an initial state to a new state. It involves the targeted strategic implementation of projects, in which individual steps are planned and controlled in a meaningful way. Change management is all the more important the faster the environment of companies changes. Factors such as internationalization, globalization, legal changes, ecological as well as social changes often result in change processes to which a transformation must respond.
When changes have to be done, it is important that all employees work together to implement and transform the company and pull together. The process of change is challenging, as structural change is often initially rejected by salaried contributors. Employees who view a change as harmless quickly divert their own attention to a positive process. Others may reject the plans outright. However, it is essential to inspire them for the change in order to ensure a successful development.
