Information about Small talk and business etiquette

In private life, the rules of etiquette have become much more relaxed in recent years. It is all the more noticeable when someone still masters the correct manners. By addressing the other person in the right way, holding the door open for others, or starting small talk on their own initiative.
Such behaviors are very much in demand in the professional environment. They not only show that someone has mastered business etiquette, but also that they have a high degree of empathy. And so-called soft skills make a significant contribution to success in working life. In addition to empathy, these include flexibility and strong communication skills.
There's no question about it: In addition to professional competence, it is just as important for specialists and managers to know business etiquette and to have internalized it. In our business etiquette seminar, you will learn the do's and don'ts in professional life or refresh your knowledge: from the correct dress code to table culture.
